Experimental night shots in Cairo

Tonight as we were on the road to go to our favorite coffee, I see this passage under the main bridge only lighted by dim lamps…

Cairo by night

Cairo by night

I let you imagine the scene. On the bridge run hundreds of cars every minute producing a terrible noise and concert of lights!

Under the bridge, on the ground, the darkness are everywhere… only small and dim lamps try to enlighten the place and rare shops open there.

Very frightened isn’t?

Against all odds, this place was so quiet, lost in the middle of this maelstrom of modern life.

Well, I confess I won’t sleep there, but it was totally unexpected to me and I could easily take this pictures. I hope they’ll make you feel the atmosphere 🙂
