The garden of Eden right on earth!
I went in Zambia in 2012 to see Victoria falls and a safari with my best friend. We took a boat tour over the Zambezi river at the border of Zambia, Botswana, Namibia and Zimbabwe.
A island is situated here in the middle of the river, free of human presence on the ground. Tourists can only turn around this island on boats without putting a feet on the ground.
Consequently wild life there is lush with a lot of elephants, hippo, crocodile, antilop and so many birds everywhere! You can also meet a lot of people with their camera taking pictures all the time.
This is one thing I don’t understand. I see more and more people taking pictures permanently with their eye in the viewfinder.
They don’t even see the landscapes with their eyes, only thru a lens and the camera. I find it so sad. If someone can tell me why they do that, I’d be glad to understand!
This is a completly different approach. I think that people should learn to see thru their own eyes and think more about their photography! It’s a big mistake to think that your camera can see better than your eyes.
Nothing can do better than nature, a photography is only an artifical render of the reality and won’t never be as good as what your eyes can capture!
This is just a personal thought, but you, what do you think? Do you agree? How is your way to take pictures? Let’s share our thoughts below in the comments!
