Nature and street photography competition
You may have noticed I don’t really try to attend photography competitions this years to focus on exhibitions and art fairs around the world. But after my trip in Namibia this August I sent some of my photos to an international competition to confront once again against other photographers, just for fun this time and without any expectations because nature photography is not really my cup of tea. I like to practice nature photography but my photos are usually not as beautiful as what the nature shows me.
That’s why I was really surprised to receive this morning the results of the Photo Club Arizona – Adriatic 2015 competition with 3 of my pictures reaching the acceptance distinctions. Two of the pictures were taken in the desert of Namibia and one in the streets of Johannesburg.
What a good news! It’s always good for the ego because it’s sometime hard to keep faith and it’s also a good tribute for my Ricoh GR stolen in Durban… I miss you so much my faithful companion😦
These pictures will be available later this week for purchase on the Saatchi online gallery.
I wish you a beautiful week!
