Beautiful and georgous Venice hidden in the fog

I was in Venice last February after my exhibition at the PAKS Gallery in Vienna and I decided to stop by there for 2 nights and take some time to visit this beautiful city. I spent 1 full day to visit and to walk down the small streets and weather was very sunny but cold.

The last day was very foggy but was still beautiful and I’m telling you, being on a boat going over the Grand Canal is something magical! As I was there 3 days after the end of the carnival, the city wasn’t crowded by tourists and streets quite quiet compared to what I expected. I took time to take night pictures over the canal or the sunset on San Marco Square!

Venice is definitely a place to go and a great place to stay several days because it’s really big and you need at least 3 or 4 days to visit.
